About Mominoki The ancestors of the hotel owner, the Maruyama family, have been in hospitality industry for over three generations in Hakuba. Pension Mominoki, the former Mominoki Hotel, was build back in 1976 by Mr. & Mrs. Maruyama, and now the classic european building has been used as Guest House and The Pub. They gradually expanded their business and the new Hakuba Mominoki Hotel was established in 1995, just before the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics. Hakuba Mominoki Hotel accommodated so many internationally acclaimed people, like the chairman of International Olympic Committee and the President of Poland during the Olympics.

Premier Alpine Resort with Onsen Hot Springs The 87-room resort hotel Mominoki has 5 buildings and outdoor/indoor hot springs. The hotel also has Visitor Center, which provides guests ski rental services and outdoor actibities. Mominoki Hotel also opened new two condominums within a walking distance to the Mominoki main building and Happo Ski Area.
