The Hotel shall collect personal information by lawful and fair means and only to the extent necessary for the performance of its business, including in connection with surveys, email distribution services, promotional campaigns, and mail-order services. Provision of Personal Information
Except where disclosure is required by laws or regulations, or where disclosure is requested by courts, police, or other public authorities, the Hotel shall not disclose or provide customers’ personal information to any third party other than its Service Providers without the prior consent of the individual concerned.
Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
With respect to personal information under its control, the Hotel shall, upon request from the individual concerned for disclosure, correction, deletion, or similar actions, respond promptly within a reasonable scope in accordance with social norms and customary practices, after conducting appropriate identity verification procedures.
Establishment of Internal Systems
The Hotel shall, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, thoroughly provide education and guidance to its employees to ensure the proper handling of personal information.
Review and Improvement
With regard to the handling of customers’ personal information, the Hotel shall periodically review and improve the contents of the above provisions as appropriate.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
With respect to the handling of personal information, the Hotel shall comply with Japanese laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, as well as other applicable standards and guidelines.
