We can store your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.

Yes, we equip all guest rooms with refrigerators. Feel free to use them. You can also find drinks at the hotel shop and vending machines.

Fax service is available at the front desk. We can also receive faxes for staying guests (Fax: 0261-72-5520). Please include the guest’s name and room number.

Our staff will not enter your room during your stay without your permission. If you would like your room cleaned, please hang the designated sign on your door by 10:00 AM. If you only need towels or other items replaced, please ask at the front desk. Please note that room cleaning may not be included for some plans.

Please check the current weather in Hakuba Village here. If you plan to go trekking or hiking in the mountains, we recommend bringing a jacket, as temperatures can vary.

Yes, children’s yukata are available. Please let us know your child’s age when making a reservation.

Parking is available for 30 cars and 3 buses. Hotel guests may use the parking lot free of charge from 8:00 AM on the first day until check-out.

Yes, vending machines for soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and Häagen-Dazs ice cream are available next to the front desk.

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outdoors, so please ask the front desk for details.

Pick up the phone and dial 71, followed by your desired wake-up time in 24-hour format. Example: To set a wake-up call for 7:00 AM, dial 71, 0700. To cancel, dial 79.

In-room massage services are available. Please get in touch with the front desk for details.

You can pick up luggage sent to the hotel at the front desk. To ship items from the hotel, you can only use Yamato Transport.

Shuttle service is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please call us upon arrival, and we will pick you up within 10–15 minutes. Outside these hours, please use a taxi.

We can connect you with a car rental company. Since this involves handling personal information, we kindly ask guests to make their own reservations. A shuttle service is available for your convenience.

Skis, ski boots, poles, and snowboard boots can be stored in lockers in the guest-only ski room next to the hotel. Please do not bring ski equipment into the hotel. The ski room is available from 3:00 PM on your arrival day until 10:00 AM on your departure day (Winter season only).

Guests may use the changing booths exclusively for hotel guests.

Rhythm Sports is located in the Visitor Center on the hotel grounds (Winter season only).

High-performance rental skis, snowboards, and wear from brands such as ROSSIGNOL are available at Rhythm Sports in the Visitor Center. Goggles, hats, and gloves are not available for rental, but can be purchased. Children’s equipment is also available (Winter season only).
